Capitan Gate Co are specialist gate fabricators and have built up an incredible reputation and portfolio creating luxury and bespoke electric gates and driveways spanning from Birmingham to the vibrant city of Bristol.
They have been awarded our Proper Job award for this stunning swing gate installation that was completed near Droitwich Spa, in Worcestershire. Situated in the expansive grounds of a historic orchard near Westwood House, this project presented an opportunity to create a gate that seamlessly integrated with the surroundings.
Drawing inspiration from the lush orchard, the design team created a visually stunning laser-cut motif featuring Apples & Pears. This intricate design was then incorporated into the gate profiles, enhancing the property’s security and delivering a work of art for approaching guests. As the saying goes, first impressions are everything!
Challenges
Undertaking a full-frontal renovation encompassing piers, bespoke laser-cut gates, and 40 meters of railings, was no small task. However, Capitan Gate Co handled this sizable project seamlessly, with their experienced team demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and project management skills throughout the entire process.
Automation
To power the gates, Capitan Gate Co opted for two Benincà DU.IT Swing Gate Underground Motors. Chosen “as they work effortlessly with this 4-metre gates.” The DU.IT motors combine strength and reliability, making them ideal for domestic installations.
Conclusion
This particular installation has been recognised as a Benincà Proper Job, standing out for its uniqueness and visual appeal. Capitan’s commitment to setting the bar for gate installers is evident in every aspect of their work. Capitan handles the entire process from design to installation, ensuring a seamless and quality experience for their clients.
Finally, the end customer was delighted with the Capitan One Stop Shop service, emphasizing the convenience of a single point of contact for all aspects of the renovation.
